I have started to read a book about the miracles of Exodus. As in when the Israelis were led by Moses out of Egypt and into the Promised Land of Israel. This book is blowing my mind actually. I had no idea that there were volcanic mountains in Arabia and Greece. That Moses actually led the people to the land of Midainites on their way into Israel.
That the 10 plagues actually lasted about 6 months and not 10 days. Moses started his personal journey in the month of about September. Pharaoh Ramsey II was reluctant as he did not want to lose the builders of his great city. But after the frogs, the midges, stable flies( because the frogs had died because of the red algae and dead fish in the Nile River) the boils, the hail and the 3 day dust storm after the locust had finished the off the barley crop he was almost ready to give in to Moses and his God. But It took the death of his first born son to really force his had and allow the slaves to leave.
Now there would be a interesting walk eh? If people (Christans and Israelis) walked from the Egypt into Arabia and over to Israel as part of an Easter/Passover celebration. And ate only little birds, crackers and water as they walked. I think we will also find out what was really important in life.

I have just read the part where he explains the pillar of fire by day and the pillar of cloud by day. He figures it to be a volcanic steam from Mt. Sinai.
