Yesterday, we cleaned out and organized my daughter's room. So now we can live again. She has a hard time finding things in her room. So now there is no excuse to be wearing the same 2 shirts all week as she cannot see the rest.
My husband arranged it last time but it did need a more feminine touch. I also challenged her to reduce the teddy bears. She is almost 12 now and she would like more dragons in her room this year as she was born in the Chinese Year of the Dragon.
My son has no problem letting go of old toys but my daughter hangs on tighter. He is focusing his "collecting and collection" on Star Wars. Vintage and newer. So anything that does not fit will be eliminated at the flea market. That is one toy that does not lose it's value, or so it would seem. We bought a 25 year old Star Wars vehicle for the same price as a newer one - off of EBay.
So now we are prepared to grow our territory and to be blessed.
