Happy New Year!!

It is a time for renewal. Is your house ready to receive? Have you thrown out the broken toys, chipped plates? Have you dusted and washed what remains? Have you shown that you are caring for the blessings that you have been given already? Have you shown that you will take care of  future blessings and possessions?
 It is also a way of giving thanks. In Victorian England, the Salvation Army actually had  cleaning crews composed of  Christian women. These ladies would go into the homes of the poor and clean them up. Crazy eh?
