Does your computer ever tell you that it has suffered "a heat stroke". Mine does on occasion. Do you know why? Too much dirt inside. Just vacuum it out as much as possible with the unplugged computer. Then when you have most of it out try to blow out the rest.
It is amazing what you can do to most machines with a little dusting on the insides.
